We need a highly motivated Virtual Assistant who has meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of accuracy in all documentation and data entry.

As a Virtual Assistant, your duties and responsibilities include:

  • Organize, maintain, and update all client files and case records.
  • Handle all client communication (phone, email, etc.) professionally and promptly.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and associated calendars.
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Monitor social media messages and support general office operations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree.
  • With related work experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable communicating confidently and independently with clients and foreign counterparts.
  • Professional, punctual, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Willing to be assigned to Subic.
