Join us as an Assistant Paraplanner. With us, you can help clients achieve their financial goals while developing your skills in financial planning software and collaborating with advisors.

As an Assistant Paraplanner, your duties and responsibilities include:

  • Prepare annual advice agreements, fee forms, invoices, and review packs.
  • Efficiently implement and terminate annual advice agreements with accurate fee management.
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to ensure service obligations are met.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data.
  • Take ownership of tasks, ensuring completion to high standards.
  • Deliver expected results within pre-determined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Analyze reports to identify and assist potential risks.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to the Client’s culture, including Equal employment opportunity (EEO) and respectful behavior, Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) practices, Quality assurance principles, Upholding the company’s code of conduct, policies, and procedures, and Maintaining client confidentiality.
  • Collaborate effectively with planners.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with Financial Advisors and Client Relationship Managers.
  • Complete additional ad hoc administrative tasks, as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a degree in Financial Management/Planning, Business, Banking and Finance and Economics or any equivalent degree.
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a Financial Services environment.
  • Diploma of Financial Services (DFS) is desirable, but not essential.
  • Advanced understanding of Word and Excel Software.
  • Experience with financial planning software including Xplan and Salesforce ideal.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Can thrive in a team environment while achieving individual targets.
  • Accountable, proactive, reliable, resilient, and helpful.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained.
  • Willing to be assigned to Clark, Pampanga, or Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
