We are in need of an Associate Sales Admin Assistant who can assist real estate agents, coordinate with clients, and maintain accurate records. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

As an Associate Sales Admin Assistant, your duties and responsibilities include:

  • Assist real estate agents in tracking the schedule of open house events using their preferred CRM.
  • Input property details into client database system.
  • Enter complete property details into the CRM system.
  • Track and coordinate inbound leads from websites, social media, and other online sources.
  • Update the status of each property throughout the sales process within the CRM.
  • Input all listing information into the CRM used and marketing websites, as needed.
  • Prepare marketing reports pertaining to property sales.
  • Assist real estate agents with scheduling open house events using their preferred CRM.
  • Prepare Letter of Offer and Lease Approval Forms using Mail Merge.
  • Prepare Lease Audits by collecting information from tenant leases and inputting it into a spreadsheet.
  • Prepare Agency Agreements using the CRM preferred by real estate agents.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or a related role is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work with PDFs (Adobe Acrobat or similar software).
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to new tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and multi-task effectively under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, resourceful, and accountable.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to be assigned to Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
