We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Client Relations Specialist to play a key role in generating leads and scheduling sales calls. You will be responsible for prospecting for potential clients, making outbound calls, and qualifying leads to ensure a steady pipeline of sales opportunities.

As a Client Relations Specialist, your duties and responsibilities include:

  • Source and identify potential customers through various methods, including calling lists and personal initiative.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all potential clients for future reference.
  • Generate your own leads through proactive outreach efforts.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients following a pre-defined script and call lists provided by the Team Leader.
  • Employ effective cold calling and warm calling techniques to engage potential clients and initiate conversations.
  • Always greet customers warmly and introduce yourself and the company professionally.
  • Provide clear and concise information about the Consultants’ services to potential clients.
  • Answer questions about services to the best of your ability and research further information if needed.
  • Actively listen to potential clients’ needs and concerns to determine their suitability for the Consultants’ services.
  • Gather detailed information from potential clients regarding their specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with potential clients to schedule sales calls at their convenience.
  • Document all calls and client interactions.
  • Log appointments in the Consultant’s tracking system.
  • Coordinate appointments with the Sales Team and send confirmation emails to both clients and Consultants.
  • Monitor the outcome of scheduled appointments and follow up on missed calls as necessary.
  • Take initiative and work collaboratively with the Team Leader to achieve departmental goals.
  • Perform additional work and tasks assigned by the TL and the TSS Head, within reason.


  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Communication, English, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent grammar and writing skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in using MS Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook).
  • Committed to providing exceptional customer service with a positive and professional demeanour.
  • Highly organized and possess excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and collaboration.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys learning new things.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained to excel in the role.
  • Willing to be assigned to Clark, Pampanga.
