Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to visit one of DBA’s branches to apply?

There is no need to go to our sites personally. Unless directly requested, all applicants undergo an online application process. Our recruitment team will reach out to you via email, text message or call regarding this matter.

Will I hear from DBA after submitting my application?

Definitely! Just keep in mind that reviewing potential candidates depends on various factors. For example, the number of uploaded resumes on our website and received applications from recruitment platforms where we advertise are also considered in how we hire. Other factors include the urgency and difficulty to fill a vacant position and whether candidates possess the qualifications the client requires.

I already passed my application, but I haven’t heard back from the recruitment team. What should I do?

Oh no, we’re very sorry about that! As much as we would like to accommodate every application, there are times when our recruitment team deals with a high volume of candidates. When this happens, just send an email to recruitment@dbaadvisory.com to directly ask for a follow-up.

I am interested in becoming a part of DBA, but there is no career opening for me. How can I know if there are new career opportunities for me?

You can always visit our website or our other social media accounts like our Facebook, Twitter (X), TikTok, or LinkedIn to stay posted about any job opening.

I’ve received an email that I need to provide additional information as part of the application process. What should I do?

Once you have completed an assessment, we may need you to provide some extra information. This can be done by filling out an online form or sending the required details directly to our recruitment team. Don’t worry, we’ll send you an email with all the necessary information, including how your data will be used, along with clear instructions and the deadline for this matter.

How do I know if the email I received from DBA is legit?

All email addresses of our staff have the domain @dbaadvisory.com. If you ever receive a personal email claiming to be from DBA, please avoid engaging with them. Instead, kindly forward the email to recruitment@dbaadvisory.com. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the security of our communications.

Can I pass an application for more than one position?

Yes. However, we would appreciate it more if you would only send applications to positions that fit your expertise.

I want to reapply for a role that I failed to get, is it fine?

If there are openings for the same position, you can definitely try again. However, it’s best practice to reapply six months after your last interview.

Is there a way for me to withdraw my application?

We’re sorry to hear that, but we completely understand your decision and wish you all the best. If this happens, please let our recruitment team know right away.

Do you hire fresh graduates with no prior working experience?

Of course! We give equal chances to all our applicants. We also have metrics to see if you would fit in our culture while fulfilling your job responsibilities, so don’t worry about this thing.

Are there any remote work opportunities?

Unfortunately, most of our jobs require our people to report onsite. However, there are instances when they can work remotely.

Our Internship Program

Do you accept interns?

Yes. We have an internship program that allows graduating students to have a firsthand experience of what it’s like to be part of the corporate world.

What documents do I need to pass?

If you want to be part of our internship program, prepare the following:

  • CV/resumé
  • Cover letter (optional)
  • A copy of your School ID
  • A valid government-issued ID (if you have any)
  • A copy of your birth certificate issued by PSA
  • A letter of endorsement from your school with signature
  • Memorandum of Agreement (if your school has a partnership with DBA)
  • A medical certificate to let us know that you are “Fit to Work”
Where should I send my application?

Once you have completed your requirements, you can send your files to recruitment@dbaadvisory.com.

Do I need to undergo an interview?

Yup. As part of our initiative to provide you with a glimpse of the DBA life, our interns also undergo an interview, but there’ll be no assessment. We just want to gauge how well you’ll fit with our crew.
