We’re seeking a Paraplanner (AU Account) to join our team. Here, you will play an important role in supporting our financial advisors by preparing comprehensive financial plans and conducting in-depth research.

As a Paraplanner (AU Account), your duties and responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement Statements of Advice (SOAs) using Xplan.
  • Prepare high-quality and compliant SOAs and other advice documents on behalf of planners.
  • Prepare basic and comprehensive SOAs and other advice documents dealing with various mainstream strategies in particular: Transition to Retirement, Income Streams, Wealth Creation and SMSF.
  • Ensure SOAs and other advice documents adhere to strict compliance and quality standards.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and research to support advice development.
  • Liaise with Financial Advisors and Client Relationship Managers.
  • Continuously develop advanced financial planning software skills.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team culture.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of tax structures and their impact on financial planning.
  • Meet individual productivity targets and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Complete additional ad hoc administrative tasks, as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business, Banking and Finance, and Economics or any equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience in a financial services environment.
  • Diploma and/or Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (ADFS) or demonstrated success in continuing ADFS studies is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong financial analysis and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when communicating with planners.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Willing to be assigned to Clark, Pampanga, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Balanga City, Bataan, Tarlac, or Iba, Zambales.
